Rom Papadopoulos, M.D.
Dr. Papadopoulos has 25+ years of investment/merchant banking and private equity investments, along with senior executive operational experience. He is the Managing Partner of Intuitus Group, a financial advisory firm based in Atlanta, GA., which he founded in August 2005. In this capacity, his duties include capital raising activities with corresponding deal size of between $25 million – $50 million and buy/sell-side M&A transactions with transaction valuations of $250 million and below. Dr. Papadopoulos has excellent contacts within the hedge fund, private equity, venture capital and financial communities as well as the chemical, energy and pharmaceutical/biotech industries and has been involved in over $5 Billion of total transactions.
Dr. Papadopoulos has a proven, extensive track record in business start-ups, capital raising activities, patent and intellectual property protection and strategies, business development and expansion, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, marketing and operations. Most recently, Dr. Papadopoulos was the CFO and COO of Global Energy Holdings Group (AMEX: GNH), a renewable energy company. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Jacoby Group, a diversified Real Estate Investment Group with over $500 million of investment capital and $10 Billion of Assets Under Management. Prior to that, Dr. Papadopoulos was a Managing Director of Caymus Partners, a middle market boutique investment bank. He currently sits on the board of directors of three companies in the medical device and retail industries.
Mr. Stefanis has 50+ years of experience in the information technology and health care industries holding executive positions in information technology, healthcare and consulting companies. Since 2002, as President (and founder) of ANS Associates LLC, he serves as a consultant to select healthcare, information technology and nonprofit organizations. He joined the Intuitus Group Board of Advisers in 2014. In this capacity, his duties include participating in evaluating potential investment opportunities, strategy development, operational reviews and developing major offering presentations.
Mr. Stefanis is an experienced executive with a successful record managing in tough markets, both domestic and international. His executive assignments include General Manager IBM Systems Supplies a $440 million revenue business with 2600 employees worldwide; Chairman & CEO High Integrity Systems Inc., an Equifax business unit with $30 million annual revenue, providing advanced technology software and hardware systems for the U.S. lottery industry; President & COO of Care Medic Inc., a private healthcare software and services company providing revenue management solutions to hospitals; Group Director, Marketing in IBM Asia Pacific Group comprised of 17 Pacific Rim countries, including Japan. He lived in Tokyo, Japan for three years traveling extensively throughout Asia assisting IBM country teams develop marketing strategies; SVP Eclipsys Corporation, a leading provider of integrated healthcare enterprise information technology solutions; VP Dearborn Advisors, LLC, a healthcare professional services firm that partners with healthcare organizations to maximize their return on advanced clinical information technology investment. Currently, Mr. Stefanis is leading the strategic planning process for the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America with over 540 churches reaching 1.5 million Greek Orthodox Christians.
Mr. Singh is responsible for transaction/investment evaluation, financial, accounting and strategic due diligence as well as overseeing financial analysis and transaction execution. Prior to joining Intuitus Group, he was an Investment Banking Associate with Caymus Partners, where he helped execute M&A, advisory and capital-raising initiatives in the biotechnology, business services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and telecommunications industries. Prior to that, Mr. Singh was an Analyst and later an Associate with GlassRatner Advisory and Capital Group, a national boutique financial advisory firm. There, he gained significant experience advising both Fortune 500 and middle market companies in a variety of industries focusing on restructuring, turnaround management, due diligence, valuations, forensic accounting and complex litigation and bankruptcy assignments. Mr. Singh earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
